 Suggested Use:
As a dietary suppliment.
Adults 1-2 capsules near 10am & 3pm.
Do not take after 3pm, or more than 4 capsules per day. 
We advise and intake of 8-10 glasses of water each day to aid the dietary process.

This product is to be taken in cycles either:  5 days on and 2 days off 'OR' 4 weeks on and 1 week off.
